To place an order:
Please phone (305-234-1231), email (jau211@aol.com), or fax (305-234-1219) your order.  Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed confirmation of your order (an estimate).  We ask that you review your estimate carefully (in particular style, color, quantity, size, and any other pertinent details) sign-off and fax it back to us.  We will not proceed with an order until we have obtained a signed estimate and issues of payment are addressed.  Once an order has been placed you may contact our order processing department via phone (extension 100), fax, or email (jau211@aol.com) to inquire regarding the status of your order.

Payment:
We accept company checks, cash and all major credit cards.  A completed credit card form provided by us is necessary in order to process credit card payments.  Personal checks are not accepted.

Terms:
Orders are on a prepaid basis.  Extension of terms is based on an existing business relationship, completed business application provided by J.A. Uniforms and a credit history review.

Return/Cancellation Policy:
1) We do not provide refunds.
2) Claims regarding defective items or shortages must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receiving the order.  Claims need to be in writing and clearly describe and communicate the defect, problem, or issue.  All claims submitted in writing within the proper timeframe will promptly be addressed.
3) Credits and exchanges will be provided only on unused items that do not belong to the categories listed in item (4) if a request is made in writing via email or fax within 10 days of receiving the order.  Re-stocking fees will be applied to items returned and deducted from the credit memo issued.  Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to J.A. Uniforms.
4) We do NOT accept returns of the following items:
Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, custom manufactured, embroidered, silk-screened, hemmed, altered or otherwise customized.
5) All issues, claims, request for returns, exchanges or credits should be directed to Menchu Dominicis at jau211@aol.com or faxed to 305-234-1219.
